First, pull the pin open and hook the upper piece onto the bottom.

Insert pin into the weight plate
Simply place the dropset pin into a weight in the stack with which you want to start the set (i.e. heavy).

Place regular pin
Set your regular weight pin to the weight you want to finish with (i.e., light). This will be the final step of the drop set (it will burn).

Perform set until muscle failure
Train normally with your starting weight until muscle failure or your desired number of repetitions. Then lower the weight.

Automatic drop – let's move on!
As soon as you release the weight, the dropset pin pops out and you can start the next level.

Multiple pins = multiple drops/levels
The entire process repeats itself depending on how many drop-set pins you use. The more, the better.
